As part of your BrandLab8 program, we’ll help you choose and set up the right tools for your stage of business—but the actual subscriptions are purchased and owned by you.

Typically, you’ll need to budget for things like:

• Your domain/URL

• Website platform + hosting

• Canva Pro

• Email marketing platform

• Optional tools like a social media scheduler

• Any other tools that make sense for your specific strategy (for example: CRM, automation, or chat tools like Go High Level or ManyChat)

Before you sign up, we’ll give you a clear list of the tools we recommend, what each one is for, and the approximate monthly or annual cost.

We’re intentional about keeping your stack lean: we only recommend what you truly need at this stage and help you avoid overspending on tools that are too big or too complex for where your business is right now—a very common pitfall for small business owners.

Staying on schedule is key to finishing your brand in 30 days. If you miss a deadline or delay feedback, your project may need to roll into the next available production window. We’ll work with you to reset expectations, but timely responses are essential for success.

If you need to pause your program, a $250 reinstatement fee will be incurred when you’re ready to restart.

Missing more than one scheduled meeting may also result in additional fees or your project being pushed to a later window, since our production calendar is tightly booked. We’ll always do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible, but keeping momentum is how we get you fully launched on time.

Our process is intentionally designed to be completed in 30 days with weekly meetings and clear milestones. In our experience, when everything stays on track, our team is fully prepared to deliver on time—we’ve done this many times.

Delays usually happen when:

• Meetings are missed or repeatedly rescheduled

• Feedback or approvals aren’t provided by the agreed deadlines

• Additional edits and revisions are requested beyond the original scope

• New ideas, features, or pages are added mid-project

• Unforeseen issues arise that are outside of our control

If you already have some pieces in place (for example, a logo you love), we’ll factor that into the process and shift our focus where you need it most—but the overall structure of the program stays the same.

If you truly only need one-off items (like “just a landing page” or “only a logo”), we may recommend a different engagement or point you to Foundry Digital Marketing for a more custom solution.

You won’t be left on your own. We offer tiered support packages that include everything from monthly check-ins to ongoing full-service marketing management with Foundry Digital Marketing. You choose the level of support that fits your business stage and budget.

Our package covers design, strategy, and asset delivery. Costs outside of our scope (such as domain purchases, hosting, or third-party subscriptions like email software or scheduling tools) are the client’s responsibility. Some may be necessary (ie, Domain purchases, Wix, Canva), other may be tools to make it easier (ie, social media scheduler). We’ll give you a clear list upfront.

Yes! All websites are built on user-friendly platforms, and templates are delivered in editable formats (like Canva, Google Docs, Wix, etc). We’ll show you how to use them so you’re not locked into us for simple updates.

We include one round of revisions at each stage. If you need more time or want to make significant changes beyond the agreed scope, we’ll provide options for extended support or additional project hours at our standard rate.

The BrandLab8 program covers the core: your brand, your website, your key templates, and a practical marketing plan. That said, we know some businesses need more.

• If you request extra revisions or added pages during the program, we’ll let you know if it impacts scope, timeline, or cost.

• Most additional items and marketing channels (like ads, funnels, or advanced campaigns) are prioritized after the program so your core brand and site are solid first.

• We’ll map out a recommended order for anything extra, so you’re not trying to run ads or build funnels on top of an unfinished brand.

Our standard BrandLab8 web package includes a 6-page professionally designed Wix site. We love Wix for small businesses because it’s easy to update with a drag-and-drop editor and lots of built-in features.

If you need something different, we also build on the following platforms, which incur additional fees:

• WordPress – for more complex, highly customized sites (with ongoing hosting & maintenance plans)

• Toast – for restaurants and hospitality brands using Toast

To keep quality and reliability high, we do not build in:

• GoDaddy Sites

• Squarespace

• Custom hand-coded HTML

• App programming or industry CRM site builders with limited tools and high technical issues
